Auburn, ME – Three Mustangs were recognized at the 9th Annual CM Annual Dinner Wednesday night. The event, which was hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn, is an fundraising event that celebrates the accomplishments of students, faculty, and staff members.
Pat Blais, Men's Assistant Basketball Coach for the past eight years, was recognized for his service by receiving the prestigious President's Award. Pat is moving on to spend more time with his family but will be around CM when needed to help out with special projects.
Taking home the title of Female Student Athlete of the Year was Alex Rowe. Alex resides in South Paris, Maine and is graduating this May from CM. Alex was named to the YSCC All Conference Team this year, she was also named USCAA 2nd Team All-American.
On the men's side, Australian freshman sensation, Pietro Badalassi, was named Male Student Athlete of the Year. Pietro maintained a 4.0 GPA this semester and led the Mustangs to the USCAA National Tournament in Uniontown, PA.
