Spring student athletes from member institutions were recognized for their academic performance this week as the Yankee Small College Conference released the YSCC All-Academic team. In order to be named to the team, student athletes were required to achieve at cumulative GPA of 3.25.
CMCC Women's Basketball led all conference spring sports, men or women, with the most student-athletes recognized for their academic performance, with 8 Lady Mustangs receiving the honor. Men's Basketball, had 3 student-athletes recognized, matching UMA's number, for the most in their sport. Softball has 3 student-athletes recognized, giving them the most in their sport.
