CMCC (4-2) 2 NHTI 1
Justin Staires (Mexico) did it on the hill, holding the Lynx to 1
run on 3 hits throughout 7 innings. Ben Piper (Minot) and Justin
scored the lone 2 runs to give the Mustangs the only offense needed
for the win.

NHTI 4 CMCC (3-2) 3 - 11 innings
CM Baseball went into extra innings, but couldn't pull out the
victory against NHTI. Ryan Lafleur (Turner) and Frank Anjelico
(Lisbon Falls) pitched well, surrendering 3 hits between them.
Justin Staires went 3-5 with a double and 2 RBI's.

CMCC (3-1) 11 UMFK 1
The Mustangs pounded out 11 runs on 10 hits to complete the 2-game
sweep of the Bengals. Sophomore Josh Leino (Lewiston) picked up the
win.

Sophomore Joe Douglass (Poland) and Freshman Alex Hall (Lisbon
Falls) combined to pitch the 3rd No-Hitter in CM Baseball
history.
Joe also paced the Mustangs offensively going 2-2 with a HR, 3B and
a pair of SB's.

The Mustangs came up short in the nightcap despite solid pitching
performances by Freshmen Connor Blais (Rumford) and Frank Anjelico
(Lisbon). Justin Staires smashed his 3rd HR of day in 5th
inning.

Freshman Ryan LaFleur (Turner) picked up the 1st win of season with
a gutsy pitching performance. Ryan pitched 7 innings, while
striking out 9.
Sophomore sensation Justin Staires (Mexico) belted 2 HR's to pace
the offense. Freshman Nigel Cromwell (South Paris) chipped in with
2-run blast in 4th inning to help seal the victory.

Korey Staires (Mexico) and Justin Staires (Mexico) pounded out 9
hits between them, helping secure the victory. Alex Smith (Mechanic
Falls) and Korey paced the team on the mound, allowing only 3 hits
on the day.
