Miller, Rowe, & Skinner Recognized as USCAA All-Americans

Uniontown, PA - The USCAA held their annual All-American Banquet last night, and a trio of Mustangs were recognized for the accomplishments on the court.  From the men's basketball squad, Carrington Miller (Bingham, ME) and Rob Skinner (Winstead, CT) were represented, while Alex Rowe (South Paris, ME) was recognized on the women's basketball side.

Miller was named a 1st Team All-American, while averaging 18.9 points and 9.7 rebounds per game.  He also eclipsed the 1,000 point career mark this season, and helped lead the Mustangs to the USCAA National Tournament, where they start play this evening.

Skinner received Honorable Mention All-American honors.  The point guard, who was also a YSCC 2nd Team All-Star, averaged 14.5 points, 7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game.

Rowe was recognized as a 2nd Team All-American, after helping to lead the Mustangs to a 20-10 record.  She nearly doubled her per game averages between her freshman and sophomore years, averaging 11.7 points, and 6.8 rebounds per game this season.
