Mustangs earn YSCC Championship game birth

Old Orchard Beach, ME - The Central Maine Mustangs started slow but after a couple innings they poured on the offense and pulled away from NHTI for a 14-4 win in the semi finals of the Yankee Conference. Reid Cote had three hits and three RBI to pace the Mustangs offense. Stefan Lesco added two hits, two RBI and two runs scored. The Mustangs pounded out nine hits. Hunter Warren started on the mound and settled in after the first inning. Shane Sullivan came in relief to pick up the win. 

"I was a little nervous with the slow start," said head coach Ryan Palmer, "But the guys settled in and tokk care of business."

The semi final win gave the Mustangs a spot in championship against SM at 7:30pm.
