Lee Academy Prep Nips Mustangs

Jalen Lincoln's three point attempt at the buzzer fell short last night as Lee Academy Prep squeaked by CM 70-68 in Kirk Hall.  Down most of the game, and at times by double digits, the Mustangs clawed back in the game thanks to Lincoln's four second half threes.

With three minutes left on the clock and the Mustangs down ten points, Shaun Hill and Xavier Colbert combined for back to back steals which led to back to back three's by Lincoln.  CM stole the ball with 6 seconds left, and was able to get off two shots, but both fell short and the buzzer sounded.

Lincoln led CM with 18 points.  Carrington Miller had another stellar game for CM hitting for 17 points on a 7-10 shooting night.

CM is back in action on Friday when they host Navy Prep in a non-conference contest.
