Men's Basketball Overwhelms UMA

CM registered five players in double figures last night as the Mustangs ran off with a 121-85 win over the UMA Moose at the Augusta Civic Center.  The Mustangs dominated play with their full-court defense jumping out to a comfortable 22-9 lead early on and went into halftime with a 59-33 advantage.

Jeremy Suero (Providence, RI) came off the bench to knock down 28 points including scoring 10 straight points in 35 seconds early in the second half.  Carrington Miller (Bingham, ME) again played his normal stellar game shooting 9-18 from the floor scoring 21 points with 6 rebounds.  Preston Isner (Bealeton, VA) hit for 15 points, and Breyon Graves (Baltimore, MD) chipped in with 13 points.

The win increases the Mustangs' record to 6-3 overall and 2-0 in the Yankee Conference.  The Mustangs entertain Vermont Tech Sunday in a conference matchup.
