Mustangs Rebound With a Convincing 109-70 Win

Auburn, ME – Team play, sharing the ball, and controlling tempo have been the hallmarks of Mustang play all season. After coming home bruised from a two-day swing in Vermont, the boys got back to their winning ways Wednesday, beating Great Bay by a convincing 109-70 score.

CM dished out a team record 32 assists as all players who suited up added to the scoring column. The Herons could not handle the full court pressure and four-minute rotation of fresh Mustangs for forty minutes. Six different Mustangs hit at least two three's with the squad shooting from the arc at a 42% clip.

Rob Skinner led the way with 10 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists. Cornelius Lawhorn played one of his best games of the year scoring 21 points and added 5 rebounds.

CM travels to Hampshire College Friday in Yankee Conference action.
