Auburn, ME – Four player's recorded double figures Monday as the Mustangs took care of the UMA Moose by an 84-71 score.
CM used its entire bench to pressure the visitors in an attempt to wear down the thin Moose. Forty minutes of constant pressure kept the home team in front- ranging from 8 to 15 points most of the game.
Cornelius Lawhorn recorded a team high 11 rebounds and added 16 points. Akeem Laurie led all scorers with 17 points. Josh Cote chipped in with 13 points and Rob Skinner added 12 points. Five foot seven Kionno Nelson recorded a career high 9 rebounds.
The Mustangs travel to Unity College to play the Rams in a key Yankee Conference match-up Wednesday.
