Auburn, ME – Player of the game Jerimah Blackwell hit 7-10 threes today to lead the Mustangs to a convincing 107-70 win over the visiting Holyoke Community College Cougars.
The home team used full court pressure for 40-minutes to wear down the Cougars. CM opened the game up taking an early lead going into halftime with a twenty-point lead, 55-35.
Five Mustangs hit for double figures: JB led the way with 22 points, Corey David (3 rebounds, 3 assists) and Josh Chery (8 rebounds) added 14 points, and Akeem Laurie (6 rebounds) and Elijah Barbour both contributed 12 points.
In total the Mustangs went off for 17 three's in a 17-41 shooting performance (41%).
CM hosts conference foe Vermont Tech Sunday at 2pm.
