Falmouth, Ma. - Despite a spirited effort the Central Maine Community College hockey team was defeated by Mass Maritime Academy by a 3-0 count on Halloween night at Falmouth Ice Arena. The Mustangs had several good chances, including Carl Bear striking the crossbar on a breakway and Collin Sheehan having a goal called back on a scramble in front but were unable to break through against a diligent Buccaneers defense. The teams will meet again in Maine when they face off on Sunday, December 9th at 4:00 p.m.
