Concord, NH - The CM softball team dropped 3 games to the NHTI Lynx in their Spring debut over the weekend.

On Friday, NHTI started off with a 5-0 lead in the 1st inning and added three more runs in the 2nd.  It wasn't until the 4th inning when the Mustangs were able to put up six runs on the scoreboard. By that time, it was too late to recover and the Lynx ended the game in the 5th inning 14-6.

In Saturday's double-header, the Lynx continued to showcase their team as an offensive threat. Between the two games they outhit the Mustangs 18-1; ending the first game in the 5th inning 8-0 and the second game in the 6th inning 9-1.

The Mustangs are back on the road this weekend battling against the Fighting Saints of College of St. Joseph (VT) with back-to-back double-headers on Friday and Saturday.
