FARMINGTON, PA - A program-record, 3 Lady Mustangs have been honored by the USCAA as Academic All-Americans. Maggie McConkey (Fryeburg, ME), Laura Soohey (Bremen, ME) and Susie French (Greenland, NH) were named USCAA Academic All-Americans this evening at the USCAA All-American Banquet the the Nemacolin Woodland Resort in Farmington, PA.
McConkey and Soohey earned the award for their first time, while French repeated her honor from last year.
To be named a USCAA Academic All-American, student-athletes had to have at least 30 credits completed and a career GPA of at least 3.5.
The Lady Mustangs are currently in Pennsylvania competing in the USCAA DII National Tournament. CM will tip-off Thursday night at 7:30pm vs. Warren Wilson College (Ashville, NC).
