Coming off a 19-point defeat at the hands of Dean, the Lady Mustangs were fired up and ready to take on the Rams of Unity College. Outmanned and outmatched, Unity had a tough time dealing with the depth of CM.
Laura Soohey (Bremen, ME) led CM with 18 points in only 18-minutes of action. Kat Styles (Franklin, NH) tallied 17 points, while Gabby Foy (Wilton, ME) hit for 16 points. Macy Welch (North Anson, ME) came off the bench to score 12 points, her second double digit scoring game in 3 days. Briana Grant (Stockton Springs, ME) hit for 10 points.
With the win CM improves to 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the Yankee Conference. The Lady Mustangs are back in action with back-to-back-to-back games this weekend. Thursday, CM heads to Boston to take on Wheelock College, on Friday they host Navy Prep, and on Saturday Thomas College comes to town.
