Machias, ME - The Clippers scored the first 5 points of the game, but less than a minute later, their lead was gone, and gone for good, as CM responded with a 13-0 run of their of their own on their way to a 73-39 victory.

Brooke Reynolds (Poland, ME) dominated the game, scoring 18 points on 9 for 10 shooting from the floor.  She also recorded 6 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 assists.  Alex Bessey (Jay, ME) went for 13 points and 3 steals, while Jordyn Reynolds (Poland, ME) scored 12 points and recorded 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

Only leading 33-20 at the half, CM responded with a 30-6 third quarter, putting the game welll out of reach.  Although the Mustangs dished out 21 assists on 30 made field goals, and recorded 22 steals, their shooting woes continued.  CM shot just 36% from the floor, 21% from 3FG, and 39% from the foul line.

Jane Lester (Bundaberg, Australia) and Natalie Thurber (Wells, ME) played well off the bench.  Lester recorded 7 points and 7 rebounds, while Thurber had 9 points, hitting 3 threes.

Caitlyn Lyons led the Clippers with a team-high 14 points.

With the win the Lady Mustangs improve to 9-1 overall and 5-0 in the Yankee Conference.  After a short Thanksgiving break, they will be back in action on Wednesday, November 29th, when they travel to Unity College for another YSCC match-up.
