Unity, ME - The Lady Mustangs raced out to a huge 1st quarter lead, and never looked back defeating Unity 114-10 on Wednesday.  After a 25-6 first quarter, CM outscored the Rams 37-0 in the 2nd quarter.  

In just 11-minutes of play and without pressing, CM's starting five of Alex Bessey, Kristina Blais, Brooke Reynolds, Jane Lester, and Eraleena Gethers-Hairston combined for 44 points, 16 assists, and 13 steals while shooting 65% from the floor.  Lester led the unit with 13 points, while Reynolds shot a perfect 5-5 from the floor for 11 points and Blais finished with 10 points and 6 assists.

Krsiten Huntress led the attack off the bench, connecting on 5 of 6 three pointers and a total of 17 points to go along with 5 steals.  Jordyn Reynolds scored 12 points, while Brianna Mulherin hit for 10.  In total, the CM bench scored a season-high 70 points.

All 15 Lady Mustangs played in the game, all logging at least 11-minutes.  Not only did all players score in the game, but each also recorded an assist as well.  In total, CM dished out a season-high 37 assists on 46 made baskets, which led to them shooting 60.5% from the floor.  Another interesting stat, the Lady Mustangs only recorded 1 personal foul for the entire game.

With the win CM improves to 10-1 overall and 6-0 in the YSCC.  They will be back in action on Saturday when they play host to Hampshire College (4:00pm).
