Fort Kent, ME - A 17-point halftime deficit was too much for the Mustangs to overcome, as they fell to UMaine Fort Kent, 72-60 Sunday afternoon. Despite forcing 28 turnovers, CM could not overcome their poor shooting. The Mustangs shot just 27.5% from the floor, and 21.4% from the 3-point line.

Natalie Thurber (Wells, ME) led the Mustangs with 13 points. Rebecca Davila (El Paso, TX) connected for 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Eliza Brault (Ossipee, NH) hit for 10 points.

The loss drops the Lady Mustangs to 17-2 overall. They will be back in action on Tuesday, January 28th, at 6:00pm when they travel up 95 to take on the Rams of Unity College
