Assistant Coach, Tia Day, is a 2022 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington where she played women's basketball. She earned her BA in Business Economics while minoring in Coaching. During her playing career at UMF, she started 48 out of 50 games, averaging 7.5 points per game. 

Prior to UMF, Day gradauted from Monmouth Academy in 2018. Day helped lead the Mustangs to back-to-back Class C State Championships (2017 & 2018), while also being named a Ms. Basketball Semifinalist. 

Day resides in Monmouth and works in Lewiston at Bates College.
