Men's Soccer stumbles, falls to Berkeley (NJ)

Auburn, ME – Saturday night saw the CM Mustangs hosting Berkeley College (NJ). From the start, it was a balanced game, with both teams having chances early.

The Mustangs would not go unanswered though. Just 10-minutes into the second half Asad Abukar would put cm on the board with a free kick that danced into the back of the net. The goal closed the gap to 3-1.

Berkeley would then answer back with a goal in the 70th minute making it 4-1 to end the game.

CM will be on the road to South Portland, ME to take on Southern Maine Community College in a non-conference game on Monday, October 14 at 3:30pm. This will be the final game of the regular season before YSCC tournament action begins.
