Auburn, ME - Our week started with the kick off of our Girls Youth Soccer Clinic. This five-day program was run by the CM Women's Soccer coaching staff and players. Participants were taught the skills and drills of soccer with fundamentals incorporated into every session. Each day focused on a specific part of the game (i.e dribbling, passing, shooting, defending) with the final day being about putting it all together. The coaches focused on each athlete gaining everlasting skills while learning to really enjoy the game. Our coaches designed this clinic with emphasis on having fun and learning in an environment where positive reinforcement is the teaching tool. 

On Thursday, we welcomed our Science is Magic program. Future magicians and scientists joined the life sciences faculty for an exciting morning in the lab where they investigated mysterious color changes, mixed chemicals to make interesting smellsand more! Fun and safety were the top priorities of the faculty. Each participant of our Summer Programs receive a 2023 CMCC Summer Program t-shirt!
