Lewiston, ME – Jordan Eurenius registered a hat trick tonight as the Mustangs caged the Bates College Bobcats 9-6 at the Underhill Arena in Lewiston. 

CM jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first five minutes of the game thanks to goals by Eurenius and Jordy Knoren.  Bates came back with one of their own to make it 2-1.  The Mustangs lit the lamp again and took a 3-2 lead into the second period. 

Two goals by Sean Coleman, and one by Pat Perason, Zach Savage, and another by Eurenius increased the lead to 6-3 heading into the third period.

The visitors keep up the pressure into the third period with goals by Alex Barrone, Drake Goupil, and the third of Eurenius goals to close out the scoring. 

The Mustangs even their record out to 8-8 on the season.  The squad host Wentworth Institute of Technology next Saturday at the Norway Savings Bank arena in a 7pm match.
