Central Maine Community College hosted their first men's soccer match of the year against Unity College. Unity's Will Desmaris scored the loan goal of the game just over 5 minutes into the match on superb unassisted individual effort.

The Mustangs had several chances over the next 84 minutes with 19 shots but Unity's Brendan Wallace made 11 saves to keep a clean sheet. Captain Chad Allen and Kaleb Davis played well defensively for the Mustangs while Abdillahi Hussein was impressive on the wing. CMCC goalkeeper Dustin Sullivan tallied 7 saves to keep the game close.

With the win, Unity improves to 2-2 overall and 2-1 in the Yankee Conference.  CM falls to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in conference play.
