Augusta, ME - Game one of the road trip began tonight as the mustangs knocked off UMA 81-73  at the Augusta Civic Center. Trailing by 9 at the half, CM picked the defensive intenstiy the second half to hold UMA to 28 points.

Veteran civic center participant Curtis Miller picked up 20 pts and Samson Olyemi hit for another double double hitting for 13 pts and hauling down 11 rebounds to lead CM. Alonzo James also scored 13 pts --5 assists and Nick Hinkley hit for 11 pts.

CM improves its record to 10-3.
