Dover, NH - The Mustangs got seven threes from Kaleb Benjamin Thursday in a 99-62 win over Great Bay Community College. Benjamin registered 21 points, took 3 charges, and added 2 assists to his game total.
CM jumped out early with a 12-2 lead hitting its first 4 shots. Half and full court pressure caused many Heron turnovers as the Mustangs took a 20-point lead into halftime 49-29.
The second half was all CM who rotated in all 18 players throughout the half.
Benjamin led a balanced scoring attack with 21 points, followed by Rob Skinner (14), Pietro Badalassi (13), Cornelius Lawhorn (12), and Jaylon Golds hit for 10 points.
Badalassi hit for a double double adding 10 rebounds to his 13 points.
