Auburn, ME - Head Women's Basketball Coach, Andrew Morong, is pleased to announce that for the 4th straight year, his program will be running an overnight, Elite Camp. The camp will run from Wednesday, August 7th to Friday, August 9th, and will be limited to just 30 participants to maximize individual attention between camper and coaches.

The CMCC Women's Basketball program is coming off another stellar season where they won another USCAA National Championships. They have appeared in 4 national championship games since 2014, including 3 consecutive appearances - winning the title this past season and previously in 2017.

"We are thrilled to be offering another Elite Camp this year. The camp has grown every year, in both the number of participants, and intensity. It is an opportunity for campers to compete against top talents from throughout New England in intense drills. It is also an opportunity for our program to showcase our beautiful campus while connecting with these top student-athletes." said Coach Morong

The camp will feature the following staff members:

Kristina Blais; former CMCC All-American and Academic All-American. National Champion at CMCC. Current guard at the University of Southern Maine. Owner of Blais Hoops Academy.
Seve Deery-Deraps; former CMCC guard. National Champion at CMCC. Recently grduated from the University of Southern Maine where she played her final 2 seasons.
Andrew Morong; through eight seasons at CM, Coach Morong has led the Lady Mustangs to an overall record of 207-40 and a Yankee Conference record of 106-11. During his tenure, CM has seen 15 All-Americans, 10 Academic All-Americans, 17 All-Conference selections, 2 Conference Player of the Year selections, 6 Yankee Conference Tournament MVP's, and most impressively, 30 Academic All-Conference selections. 2017 USCAA National Coach of the Year. 2019 WBCA Regional Coach of the Year.
