Mustangs lead from start to finish in win over Plymouth State

Auburn, ME - In their last game before Thanksgiving break, the Mustangs wanted to get off to a hot start. They did just that, scoring the games first 6 points and leading from start to finish in a 58-45 win over Plymouth State.

Emily Strachan (Lewiston, ME) was the lone Mustang in double-figures, scoring a game-high 17 points to go along with 5 steals, 4 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Luna Love (Zwolle, Netherlands) and Destiny Mora Lopez (The Dalles, OR) each scored 8 points, and Kali Thompson (Waterville, ME) pulled down a game-high 8 rebounds. 

The Panthers were led by Sophie George who scored a team-high 16 points.

With the win the Mustangs improve to 9-0 overall and remain 2-0 in the Yankee Conference. After a brief hiatus this weekend, they will be back in action on Friday, December 2nd at 5:00pm when they host Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in a YSCC tilt.
