CM Men's Hockey Adds Top Scoring Edward Little Defenseman

Auburn, Me - Head coach Kevin Cady today announced the addition of Edward Little graduate Cade Chapman to the Central Maine Mustang's men's hockey line-up. Chapman, a 6' – 215 lb right handed defenseman, tallied 19 goals with 22 assists in MPA Class A school boy hockey action last season for the Eddies. In addition to adding an amazing 41 points Chapman was an impressive +32 in the on ice goals for / goals against department. During 2015-16 Chapman was named offensive player of the year and led his team in scoring during both junior and senior years.

"Our blue line is beginning to solidify with the promising addition of Cade Chapman. Cade will join Keagan Crawley, Kevin Knight, Dylan Farrell-Reny, and Tyler Couture. We have a core defense cadre in place. I like the fact that Cade brings an offensive element to our game. Every player has a team role and Cade will be leaned-on for his offensive talent and to help keep the puck out of our net" said Coach Cady.

Said Mustang forward and St Dom's alumni Caleb LaBrie "I played against Cade Chapman in those tenacious Edward Little vs. St. Dom's games and was always impressed by his cannon of a shot from the point. I am looking forward to playing with Cade next season at the college level
