Mustangs roll past Moose again

The Central Maine Community College (5-3) faced the University of Maine Augusta in men's soccer on Monday afternoon in Auburn. The Moose struggled to field a full team but showed great character starting the match down in numbers. Darrell Wilson found the back of the net just 1:10 into the match after receiving a pass in the middle from Dylan Tisor. Wilson was on a roll and just five minutes later volleyed a ball in that had rebounded off the crossbar to give the Mustangs a 2-0 lead. Nicholas Cameron scored the next two, the second of which was assisted by Kulmiye Idris. Cameron then provided the assist to the next goal which sent Clifford Turner through one and one with the keeper. With under a minute to go Ugas Ali scored for Central Maine brining the halftime score to 6-0. The second half saw two goals from Jacob Roy and two goals from Owen Miller. Sam Hobson had 4 saves in goal for Central Maine and Zach Abram had 22 saves in net for the University of Maine Augusta.
