The Central Maine Community College men's soccer team found success again with a 4-0 win over Eastern Maine Community College Friday afternoon in Auburn. The Eagles held off the Mustangs until the 31st minute when Owen Miller collected a through ball inside the six yard box from Spencer Osgood. The second half belonged to George Clement and Mufulo Thomas. Thomas provided assists to Clement in both the 30th and 44th minutes. In between those Darine Gnidehoue scored off a deflected corner kick from Cliff Turner. Zach Rawls played well defensively for the Mustangs. Central Maine goalkeeper Sam Hobson had 3 saves and Eastern Maine's Tyler Brozowski had six saves. This win places Central Maine Community College up against Southern Maine Community College in the first round of the Yankee Conference playoffs on Tuesday, October 16 at Southern Maine Community College in South Portland.
