Auburn, ME - One of the biggest compliments a program can receive is watching its graduates move on into the coaching world. For the past 29 years, CM has been a major player in the small college athletic world offering a variety of sports. Winning championships have become the norm in Auburn. In fact, the women's basketball team has captured three of the last five USCAA National Basketball Championships!! Men's basketball and baseball have also fared well over the years. As proud as we are about winning championships, moving our players into the coaching arena ranks up there as a major achievement and illustrates the talent that comes through Auburn. Until we sat down and thought about all the former players and coaches who have moved on, nobody really talked about it. We have been focused on moving our players up to the next level, whether it be the professional ranks, scholarship opportunities, or playing division three sports. This year there has been a blitz of former players taking on new coaching positions. We thought we would research and recognize those who have made the jump into the coaching world!!
