So. Portland, ME – Jaeden Henderson registered his second double double in the last two games tonight to lead the Mustangs to a convincing 86-56 win over Word of Life at the HVAC tournament held at SMCC. Henderson connected for 13 points and took away 10 rebounds in only 20 minutes of play.
CM jumped out early with full court pressure and rotated 14 players in and out of the game. Nobody on the Mustangs squad logged more than 20 minutes.

Michael Connolly: 12 points-8 rebounds—4 assists
Kenray Emadamerho: 12 points—7 rebounds
Keagan Pitcher: 11 points-3 rebounds
Wyatt Hathaway: 9 points—2 assists
DeMarco McKissic: 8 point—6 rebounds.
After the game Coach Gonyea commented, "Word of Life is a building program who we hope takes a look at joining the Yankee Conference. They work hard, don't quit, and are very respectful. This was a great game to get some bench guys some time to build their confidence. I was pleased with their effort."
