After Trevor Roche opened the scoring 12:57 into the first, Matthew Deveaux would tie the game just 2:01 later. Alex Berard would nudge the hosts in front before Carl Bear would equalize on a 2-on-2 to level the score at two a piece.

 The Terriers would then explode, scoring three goals in a 6 minute span to push their lead to 5-2 heading into the third period, a score which would stand as the final result.
