Citenga chosen for Pro Combine

Stockton, CA - Mustang defensive standout, Henock Citenga, was selected to compete in the Path2Pro Combine in Stockton, CA this week. These events are designed to bring together elite players from all over the country to participate in high level matches. These competitions are seen and scouted by multiple professional soccer clubs from various levels.

Citenga played a critical role in pushing the 2019 Mustangs squad to their first ever Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) Tournament Championship appearance. Head Men's Soccer Coach, Bryan Wallace, noted, "We are thrilled that Henock is taking part in this opportunity. As a coach, and for a program, there is no greater pride than to see players evolve and move on to play at a higher level. We will undoubtedly miss him for the 2021 spring season, but we wish him the best. With the current state of the world, I think he is right in pursuing his dream to play at the next level, and we are excited to see how far he can go."

Due to COVID-19 fall sports at Central Maine Community College have been postponed to the spring semester. Check www.cmmustangs.com for an update spring schedule for the men's soccer team, as they look to reach the YSCC Final again this academic year.
