Head Softball Coach, Bruce Robertson, stated, "I thought we played very well in game 1. Sage pitched her best game of the fall with 15 strikeouts. We made some timely hits when we needed them. Game 2 was not what we wanted after the way we played in Game 1. We struggled in the circle, but hit the ball well. Once again, errors hurt us. We are slowly seeing progress with this group. With the fall season almost complete I feel we are headed in the right direction for spring."
