Morissette Returns Home to Coach Mustangs

Auburn, ME – Head Men's Soccer Coach, Bryan Wallace, is pleased to announce Brandon Morissette, a 2017 graduate of Central Maine and an integral part of the Mustangs soccer program for the past three years has joined his coaching staff.

Brandon's athletic resume:

* KVAC Sportsmanship summit delegate of 2010
* 2nd team all-conference in high school
* Captain of high school team senior year
* Captain of Club team for 3 years in a row (2012-2015)
* Captain of CM men's team the last 2 of the 3 years played
* Youth soccer coach for Andro United-Volunteer coaching consultant
* Coach for local rec teams - 1 on 1 skills and fundamental training for all age
* Played for a total of 17 years
* Managed multiple men's league and coed league teams at once.

Coach Wallace commented, "We're all excited to have Brandon Morissette continue to be a part of the men's soccer program. As a two-time team captain and a player at CM for three seasons, he has already proven his leadership ability and shown a contagious work ethic. I look forward to seeing him develop his passion for the sport through coaching.

CM Athletic Director, Dave Gonyea, added, "It's a compliment to both the college and the sports program when alum choose to come home and give back. Brandon was a hardworking, committed player and I sense the same characteristics will be incorporated in his coaching philosophy. We are thrilled he is joining the staff."
