Mustangs Stumble in Game Two of the Doubleheader

Concord, NH - Saturday's game against NHTI was a heart breaker for CM, as they lost the lead late in an 11-1 defeat.  The game was tied at zero with NHTI batting in the bottom of the fourth when Dakotah Cappelletty singled off of Alex Biron, driving in two runs.  NHTI Lynx scored six runs in the fifth inning.  The big inning for Lynx came thanks to a single by Brad Murphy, a single by Dakotah Cappelletty, an error, and a single by Jacob Kelley.  Tyler Sargent earned the win for the Lynx. He tossed five innings, giving up one run, five hits, striking out four, and walking one. Alex Biron took the loss for Central Maine. He pitched four and a third innings, giving up seven runs, eight hits, and striking out three.  Eric Hoogterp, Biron, Damien St. Pierre, Jordi Valls, and Elijah Grizzard-Brown each managed one hit to lead the Mustangs.

 New Hampshire collected 12 hits.  Nicholas Sullivan, Kelley, Cappelletty, and Murphy each collected multiple hits for the Lynx.
