Last week, in back-to-back conference games, French recorded a triple-double and a double-double to lead the Lady Mustangs to a 2-0 week. For her efforts, and for the third time in her career, Susie French (Greenland, NH) was named the YSCC Player of the Week.
On Saturday, CM traveled to UMaine-Machias for a conference road game. French led the Mustangs with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 steals, in a rout of the Clippers, 98-52.
On Sunday, CM hosted Hampshire College. In just 18 minutes of play, French recorded 14 points, 11 steals, and 10 rebounds, helping the Lady Mustangs to a blowout win, 87-24.
Over the weekend, the Lady Mustangs improved their record to 11-1 overall and 7-0 in the Yankee Conference.
