Using their depth and a variety of defenses the Lady Mustangs coasted to a 70-49 win over Thomas College in an NCAA DIII exhibition game Friday night.  After a sluggish start, CM got going using their press to create some easy scoring opportunities.

Gabby Foy (Wilton, ME) exploded in the first half with 21 points, including 5 3FG's.  Foy finished with a team high, and career high, 31 points, and 7 total 3FG's in just 20 minutes of play.  Macy Welch (North Anson, ME) was the only other Lady Mustang in double figures, finishing with 11 points and 8 rebounds.  Laura Soohey (Bremen, ME) pulled down a game high 11 rebounds.

With the win the Lady Mustangs conclude exhibition play vs. NCAA DIII schools, finishing at 4-0 for the second straight year.  Overall CM sits at 4-3, and 2-0 in the YSCC.  The Lady Mustangs will be back in action on Sunday, when they take on the Knights of Vermont Tech.
