The Lady Mustangs jumped out to a huge lead, coasting to a 95-15 win over the Rams of Unity College.  Using their pressure defense for only the first 10 minutes of the game, CM raced out to a 56-5 halftime lead.

Laura Soohey (Bremen, ME) flirted with a triple-double, finishing with 11 points, 13 rebounds, 7 blocks and 3 assists, while shooting 5-6 from the floor in just 16 minutes of action.  Gabby Foy (Wilton, ME) tallied 21 points in just 15 minutes of play, while freshman, Kat Styles (Franklin, NH) had another impressive game with 18 points (9-13 shooting) to go along with her 8 rebounds.

Freshman, Malia Hamel (Edmonton, AB) also hit for double figures with 14 points, while sniping 5 steals, and handing out 5 assists.

Overall, the Lady Mustangs shot 52% from the floor (42-81), dished out 30 assists, and had 24 steals.

CM has now won 5 in a row, and improved their record to 16-4 overall and 11-1 in the YSCC.  They are back in action Saturday, when they travel up to Aroostook county to take on UMaine-Presque Isle.
