Auburn, ME - Three games in four days took its toll on the Mustangs today as Penn State Mont Alto left Kirk Hall with an 80-67 win.  Penn State Mont Alto entered the game as the 2015 USCAA Division II National Runner-Up and a day removed from a 25-point thrashing of SMCC. 

Shooting at a 56% clip the first half, Mont Alto went into halftime with a with a 44-29 lead.  CM came out the second half with more energy and intensity matching the visitors reducing the lead to under 10 points.

After a Kaleb Benjamin (Belfast, ME) three, CM cut the lead to 7 points at the five minute mark.  However, back to back three's brought Alto back into a double digit lead and they never looked back.

Rob Skinner (Winsted, CT) again lead the Mustangs with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.  The loss brings CM to an 8-3 record.  The Mustangs host the University of Maine at Presque Isle Tuesday night at 7pm in their final game before Thanksgiving.
