Auburn, ME - The 2021 CM Athletics Hall of Fame & All-Decade ceremony finally has a date! The highly anticipated event will take place on Friday, August 13th at the Poland Spring Resort.
Athletic Director and Head Men's Basketball Coach, Dave Gonyea, commented, "This is a special occasion for our CM family. After a year-plus of COVID limitations, it will be awesome to get all our all-decade team members together, and announce our new hall of fame members in one setting. Poland Spring Resort is the perfect location for this event as our attendee's will be able to spend the weekend, play golf, and enjoy each other's company. We will be outside under a tent in a beautiful Maine August evening! What could be better than spending the night with the alum, celebrating their successes and looking back at our rich history."
We will be inducting either members into the CM Athletics Hall of Fame including;
- Scott Knapp, former CMCC President
- Mike Bridges, former women's basketball head coach
- Dustin Longchamps, former baseball player
- Nate Olsen, former baseball player
- Tiffany Seams, former women's basketball player
- Gail & Ken Roberts, supporters
- Jeff Brackett, former men's basketball assistant coach
- Rod Millett, former softball head coach & assistant women's basketball coach
Along with the Hall of Fame inductions, we will also be recognizing the top-10 players from the past decade from the following sports:
- Baseball
- Men's Basketball
- Women's Basketball
- Men's Soccer
- Women's Soccer
- Softball
Schedule of events:
5:00pm, cocktail hour
6:00pm, dinner
7:00pm, ceremony
The RSVP form, which also includes a $40 payment per person, must be filled out by July 31st.
