After the game Head Coach, Bruce Robertson, commented, " Game one we came out ready to play and they were not ready for us and we took advantage of that. A little pay back for last week when we were mercy ruled by them at their place. Avery pitched a great game and we gave her all the run support she needed and only committed one error. Game two saw us use three pitchers. Makayla was coming off from an injury last week at CCRI and pitched well. Haley came in in the 4th and did a good job before we went back to Avery. We just had more errors then CCRI did in Game 2 that kept them in the game. Until we can limit our errors we are going to make things difficult for ourselves at times."
