Haley Fernald (Bridgton, Me) added a sacrifice hit to the outfield to seal the deal with an RBI and the second run to cross the plate.

After the game Head Coach Bruce Robertson, commented, "Game one we came out hitting the ball it just kept finding its way to the defense. Olivia struggled in the circle and we could not get her any runs to help her out. Game two Avery pitched a great game, she carried the team on her back and we gave her all the run support she needed. We finally hit a few gaps and Olivia knocked in the winning run which was a little retribution for game 1. It was good to get the split to end the day after how it started."

Next up for the Mustangs is Northeastern University on Saturday April 9 during CM Open House. Game times 11am and 1pm
