After the game Head Coach Bruce Robertson, commented, " Game one we came out wanting to prove something. This was our second game vs an out of conference D3 school. We lost 2 close games at UMPI last week and we knew those games could have easily gone our way with one less error and today we showed we could pick up the wins with cleaner play.  Avery pitched a great game. She had a big day with 13 K's and we gave her all the run support she needed. Game two saw us use 3 pitchers. Olivia got the start and pitched well. She was bringing the heat but her pitches were not moving like they normally do.  Makayla came in in the 4th inning but she and struggled a little with ball movement as well so Haley came in in the 7th to finish it out. But this was the game if we were to have pitcher control as our bats were alive as we had 14 hits. Wormy was a beast today with 4 hits and 4 RBI's. It was nice to see Maddy nail that triple and drive in two runs as well as this was her last game with us. We did a much better job today with limiting errors and the score reflected that!"
