Franklin, MA - After trailing by only 1 at the half, the Lady Mustangs just could not keep up with the quickness of Dean College, dropping their first game of the year, 78-60.  The Bulldogs out-worked and out-executed the Lady Mustangs in the final 20-minutes to pull away for the decisive victory.

Jenny Schlim (Nottingham, NH) and Jane Lester (Bundaberg, Australia) were the only two Lady Mustangs to record double figures.  Schlim connected for 10 points and 5 rebounds, while also taking 3 offensive fouls.  Lester contributed 14 points on 7-10 shooting.  Brooke Reynolds (Poland, ME) finished with 6 points, 10 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 assists.

Dean dominated CM inside, outscoring the Mustangs 46-28 in the paint.  India Pina and Fataya Larry led the Bulldogs with 18 points a piece.

With the loss CM falls to 15-1 on the year, but will be back in action this Monday when they travel to Newport, RI to take in Navy Prep.
