Auburn, ME - Lindsay Clark went 1-2 from the foul line with 1.3 seconds left to lift the Moose to a 48-47 victory over CM. The Lady Mustangs led for most of the game, including an 11 point advantage in the third quarter, but could not hold off UMA down the stretch.
Caitlin Lafountain led the Moose with 16 points, while Darby Toth and Jamie Plummer each tallied 13.
Abby Tilton (Dover, NH) led CM with 16 points, while going 4-4 from the 3-point line. Frankie Lally (Auburn, ME) pulled down a team high 10 rebounds.
With the loss CM falls to 12-7 on the year and 5-3 in the Yankee Conference. They will be back in action this weekend with a triple header of games. Friday they travel to Holyoke CC, Saturday is at home vs. Great Bay CC, and Sunday they travel to UMaine-Machias.
